Payment & Funding Options
At Thrive Talk Tools, we understand that navigating therapy funding can feel overwhelming. Our goal is to make the process as clear and supportive as possible, while helping families access services in the way that works best for them.
Regional Center Services (Early Start)
Thrive Talk Tools is an approved vendor with East Los Angeles Regional Center and provides Early Start speech-language therapy services based on Regional Center authorization.
If your child is eligible for Early Start services through the Regional Center, therapy is provided in accordance with the authorized service plan (IFSP).
Self-Determination Program (SDP)
We proudly support individuals and families participating in the Self-Determination Program.
Thrive Talk Tools works directly with the participant’s Financial Management Service (FMS) to coordinate services in alignment with the approved person-centered plan and budget.
Private Pay Services
Private speech-language therapy is available for families who are seeking services outside of Regional Center funding or who would like additional support.
At this time, Thrive Talk Tools does not accept insurance. Private-pay services are discussed individually following an intake conversation to ensure recommendations are appropriate for your child and family’s needs.
